Having built a career for more than 30 years in the Software Engineering industry in various roles I gained tons of insight on what it means to be a Senior Software Engineer. I started as devlover, became a Team Leader, CTO and multiple teams Manager.
I have proven expertise in empowering reports and encouraging them to grow, coaching them on their career development, helping them to identify their goals and develop a plan to achieve them.
